Research on a New Adaptive Integral Sliding Mode Controller Based on a Small BLDC

A new adaptive saturation Integral Sliding Mode Controller (ADSA-ISMC) is presented to solve the speed fluctuation problem caused by a small brushless DC motor (S-BLDC) under variable load. First, according characteristics of S-BLDC and Kalman filter, Kalman-based load disturbance observer established, an integrated sliding mode controller (AD-ISMC) constructed based on obtained observer. Then, we introduce function into input error link traditional integral function, propose ADSA-ISMC improve windup phenomenon produced prove stability convergence Lyapunov method. Finally, experimental results show that can observe well. In addition, when changes, many control performance indexes are significantly better than SMC AD-ISMC. Theoretical analysis proposed in this paper shows excellent control.
